The Little Princess Trust Free Cuts Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Hair donations must meet the minimum length and condition requirements set by the chosen charity which is 10 inches (details will be confirmed at consultation).

  • Hair must be clean, dry, and free from excessive damage to be eligible for donation.

  • Final suitability for donation will be confirmed by your stylist on the day.

2. Booking

  • Appointments for this campaign must be made via email only and are subject to availability.

  • Standard consultation procedures apply prior to any service.

3. The Service

  • The campaign applies to a bob haircut only.

  • All participating stylists are qualified to perform this service.

  • Any additional services (colour, treatments, styling upgrades) are not included unless stated and will be charged separately.

4. Donation Process

  • All donated hair will be collected in-salon and sent as a single group donation at the end of the campaign period.

  • Once hair has been cut, it cannot be returned to the client.

  • While we take care to follow donation guidelines, we cannot guarantee acceptance by the charity, as final approval sits with them.

5. Donations & Fundraising

  • Optional monetary donations may be made in-salon via the collection boxes provided.

  • All funds raised will be donated in full to the chosen charity at the end of the campaign.

6. Personal Belongings & Clothing

  • We take every precaution to protect personal belongings; however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items, including clothing.

  • Clients are advised to avoid high necklines and delicate or expensive clothing during their appointment.

7. Content & Marketing

  • By participating, you may be photographed or filmed for campaign and social media content.

  • If you prefer not to be featured, please let a team member know on the day.

8. No Adjustments

  • Due to the nature of this campaign and the donation process, no cut adjustments or amendments are included following the service. Standard adjustment policies do not apply.

9. General

  • This campaign is available for a limited time only and may be amended or withdrawn at any point without prior notice.

  • All services remain subject to our standard salon policies.
