Our NEW way of saying Thank You.
We've been quietly building something behind the scenes, and it's finally ready. It's called The Inside, and it's our new rewards programme: a simple, generous way of giving back to the clients who keep coming back to us.
No fussy tiers. No small print you need a magnifying glass for. Just real credit, earned every time you visit, that goes towards the treatments that make your hair (and your day) that little bit better.
Here's how it works.
How you earn
Every visit, every product, every rebooking, it all adds up. One point is worth 5p, and you'll earn it like this:
Your first visit with us: 50 points, on the house, just for showing up.
Every service you book: 1 point for every £1 you spend.
Rebooking before you leave: 25 points, every single time. Sort your next appointment on the way out and we'll thank you for it.
Every product you buy: 2 points for every £1 spent, double the rate of services.
Gift cards: these work a little differently. Instead of points, you get 5% straight back as reward credit. Buy a gift card for a friend, and you're quietly treating yourself too.
What you can spend it on?
This is the bit people always ask about, so let's be upfront: your points and credit aren't a blanket discount off anything and everything. They're your way into The Reward Menu, a curated set of treats designed to be added to what you're already having done, not to replace it.
The Boosts. Add-ons to your colour or styling appointment that take the result further.
Shine & Repair Boost: £20
Scalp Balance & Hydration: £35
Hard Water Detox: £40
The Rituals. Booked alongside a blow-dry, because the blow-dry is part of the ritual, not an optional extra.
Bond Strength & Repair: £45
Revival Ritual: £75
The Olaplex Edit. Redeemable alongside any paid service, from a full head of colour to a quick trim. Twelve products, each at £30 (with BrowBond and LashBond Serum at £64), so you can take the salon results home with you.
Think of it this way: your points make the extras free. The core of your appointment, your colour, your cut, your styling, stays exactly as brilliant and exactly as booked.
The numbers, plainly
You'll need 400 points (that's £20) before you can redeem anything.
You can redeem up to £75 per visit.
Points last 12 months from the day you earn them, and we'll give you a nudge two weeks before any are about to expire.
Redeem any day of the week you like, including Saturdays.
Already one of ours? You're starting with a head start.
If you've been with us before, you'll notice something rather nice waiting in your account: a welcome balance, calculated from 3% of everything you've spent with us over the last two years. No forms, no asking, it's simply there. Loyalty repaid with loyalty, essentially. That balance is with you until 30 June 2027, so there's plenty of time to enjoy it.
Keeping track of your balance
No mental maths required. Download the Scl. app, head to Account, and you'll find a tab called Loyalty waiting for you. That's your balance, always up to date, whenever you want to check it.
The short version
Come in. Get your hair done. Earn points without thinking about it. Spend them on the extras that make a good appointment a great one. That's The Inside.
