We’ve always said good hair starts from within—so this summer, we’re making that literally true.

Introducing The Good Hair Smoothie, a limited-edition collaboration between Samantha Cusick and our wellness-obsessed friends at Wild Nutrition. Available at Stā Caffeinated café in Liverpool Street from 22nd July until 30th September (or to make at home!), this beauty-boosting smoothie is more than just TikTok-pretty. It’s a powerhouse blend of nutrients designed to support healthy, shiny, thriving hair—from the inside out.

Why a Hair Smoothie?

Let’s face it: we’re all looking for those low-effort, high-reward rituals. And after chatting with Wild Nutrition’s team of experts, we realised something powerful—you can literally sip your way to stronger, shinier, healthier hair.

Whether you’re postpartum, in perimenopause, or just trying to bounce back from a stressful season (hello, hair shedding!), giving your hair the right nutrients matters. The Recipe: The Good Hair Smoothie

Ready to try it at home? This is your official salon-approved smoothie recipe. It’s berry-packed, creamy, and satisfying—like a strawberry sundae with serious hair benefits.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Wild Nutrition Collagen 500 Plus

  • 200ml Coconut water

  • 3 tsp Chia seeds

  • ½ cup Strawberries

  • ½ cup Raspberries

  • ½ Banana

  • Courgette (yes, really—trust us!)

  • 2 tsp Sunflower seeds

  • 1 tsp Almond butter

  • 2 tbsp Coconut yoghurt

Method:

  1. Wash all fresh ingredients.

  2. Add everything except the coconut yoghurt into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  3. Swirl the coconut yoghurt around the inside of your cup (hello, Erewhon vibes).

  4. Pour in the smoothie and enjoy immediately!
