She’s usually the first friendly face you see when you walk in and the person making sure everything’s where it needs to be—on time, on track, and stress-free. Whether it’s sorting the schedule, keeping the vibe right, or stepping in when things get hectic, Farah helps keep the salon moving.

Not one for the spotlight, she prefers making things happen quietly in the background and making sure guests feel looked after along the way.
