Inside the Launch: Two Days at Our New Liverpool Street Salon
We've been trying to find the right words for how those two days felt, and honestly? Pinch me about covers it.
28th and 29th May marked the official press launch of our new hair salon in Liverpool Street, London. Over 40 guests through the doors across two days, press, influencers, beautiful hair, and the kind of energy that makes you stop mid-blow-dry just to look around and take it all in. Samantha's words on the day: "I can't believe we actually built this."
Here's a look inside what went down.
Our New Liverpool Street Hair Salon
13 Old Broad Street, EC2N 1DW. Right in the heart of the City of London, a few minutes from Liverpool Street station, Bank, and Moorgate. This is the salon Samantha has been building toward for a decade, and these two days were our chance to finally show it off properly.
The Guests
We had some incredibly exciting faces through the doors. Shakira Khan and Toni from Love Island, Megan Wells, Abby and Charlotte Robers to name a few plus press from SheerLuxe and Betches. The energy every single person brought made the whole space feel alive in a way that's really hard to put into words.
The Hair
Full colour appointments, cuts, extensions, all done at our Liverpool Street salon by the whole team across both days. The standard we work to every single day, just with cameras everywhere and a lot more frozen picantes.
Head Spa Treatments at Our Liverpool Street Salon, London
One of the things we're most excited about at Liverpool Street is our head spa offering. We've always believed that a great hair appointment should feel like a proper experience, not just a service, and the head spa is where that really comes to life.
Across the two launch days, guests got to experience our head spa treatments for the very first time. Whether your scalp needs rebalancing, your lengths need serious hydration, or you just want the full ritual experience, we have something for you. And at Liverpool Street, every head spa treatment includes our Waterfall Ritual rinse. You'll understand when you try it.
There was a lot of closing of eyes at the backwash across those two days. A lot of "can I book this for every appointment?" You absolutely can.
The Goodie Bags, the Drinks, and the Bits We'll Never Forget
The goodie bags went down extremely well. Olaplex, Hello Klean serums, Grace and Stella eye masks, Kosas goodies, Casetify, all in a Samantha Cusick London tote. Thank you to Sta Caffeinated for the custom drinks, and to Nonni for the most aesthetically pleasing basin-side cold cans we've ever seen. The frozen picantes were, by unanimous vote, the highlight of both days.
