Administrator / Personal Assistant
Are you an organised, detail-oriented person who loves keeping things running smoothly? If so, we want you on our team! We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the role of Administrator/Personal Assistant at SCL. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring our day-to-day operations are as efficient as can be.
POSITION DETAILS
Responsibilities:
Finance Responsibilities:
- Conduct bank reconciliation using Xero.
- Raise invoices and process payments.
- Manage supplier invoices, including payment allocation.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks.
PA Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including email correspondence and document preparation.
- Manage phone calls and incoming communications.
- Assist with personal errands, bills, and appointments.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics.
- Front of House (FOH) responsibilities.
- Perform general reception duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
Book keeper: Essential.
- Knowledge of Xero: Desirable.
- Good Excel skills: Essential.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional in all forms of communication.
- Highly responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Energetic and responsive, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- CRB check required.
Location: Hybrid - Working from home & across our three central London salons.
Salary: £24,000 per annum

We provide a Full Apprenticeship where you can achieve NVQ levels 2 & 3. You must be amazing, love your job and be customer focused in your approach.
You’ll be expected to integrate into a small specialist team of experienced colourists and stylists in helping to create a relaxed, playful environment for clients to enjoy.
We're not a chain, and we're proud of it, being a small independent salon we’re all about teamwork and group effort, so if you’re a 9-5’er then maybe you’re not for us.

Requirements:
Significant experience as a Hair Stylist, ideally within a salon environment. Excellent customer service skills and a warm, engaging personal manner.
