In addition to being the friendly face of Samantha Cusick London, you'll also handle a variety of tasks that keep our salon running smoothly. These include:
- Admin Essentials: Answering calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients with a smile.
- Stay Organised: Keeping our calendars updated, maintaining digital and physical documents, and managing mail.
- Data & Records: Ensuring all salon information is accurately recorded and up-to-date in our systems.
- Communication: Drafting emails, coordinating with the team, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Stock Guru: Keeping the salon stocked and equipment in perfect working order.
- Meeting Maven: Coordinating meetings, setting up calls, and keeping everyone on track with clear notes.
- Research & Support: Helping with research, reports, and assisting the team where needed.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office tools like Microsoft Office, google suite and basic troubleshooting.
