Now you can find Charlotte Simone in Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus.

Mimi Ikonn

Founder of Luxy Hair

Mimi Ikonn and her sister Leyla came up with the idea of creating Luxy hair when she was desperately looking for good quality, affordable hair extensions in time for her wedding. After a lot of research they couldn't find what they we're looking for so they decided to make their own hair extension brand. The business is powered by their YouTube channel that shows all types of hair tutorials using Luxy hair as well as other YouTubers reviewing the extensions.

Mimi is also a lifestyle YouTuber herself with over 700k subscribers as well as being the author of The Bingo Theory, a book on relationships. Mimi's business parter is her husband, they have a creative agency and have created The 5 Minute Journal together. On top of all this they are also new parents to baby Alexa. They have loads of advice on how to start and manage a business so definitely tune in for some motivation!

Alex Hoffler & Stacey O'Gorman

Founders of Meringue Girls

The girls story started back in 2012 where founders, Alex and Stacey met working in a restaurant in East London. They bonded over their love of sweet things and girlpower ethos. After realising there was a gap in the market for a colourful, inspiring meringue baking brand they began baking together in Alex's kitchen to sell in broadway market. Once the meringues were spotted on Instagram, all the department stores wanted in and publications were generating huge amounts of press.

Three years later, they've had the chance to work with amazing high end brands, brought out 2 cookbooks based on sweet things and have their own bakery on Broadway market where they also host meringue workshops.

The branding is cool AF which is why their social following grew rapidly and they even have cute girl power branded t-shirts and gifts on their site!
