So it's time to leave the gym after a great workout and you look like a sweaty hot mess - we've all been there! Sometimes you don't have time to wash your hair and need to look somewhat presentable so we've found some easy post-gym hair styles to take you from sweat to street. 

Messy Top Knot 

The top knot is probably a favourite as it's quick and easy and looks cool if you do it right. Spray some dry shampoo into your roots after your workout and tie your hair into a loose top knot pulling out some strands from the sides. Use invisibobble to protect your hair from breakage. 


The perfect way to get your mane out your face during a workout and to still look coof AF after. Spray in some OUAI texturising hairspray to keep the fly aways down and you're good to go! 

Bandana Pony

This is a major trend rn. The bandana is the perfect post-gym hair accessory. We LOVE this Ivy Park Sweat Band too.

Textured Waves 


Plait your hair into a loose french braid during your workout and spray some OUAI dry shampoo into your roots after to create textured messy waves.

Baseball Cap


Take inspo from the gym bunny herself - cover your sweaty mane with a badass baseball cap. Great for shorter hair! 

Don't forget to pop on big sunglasses to add extra sass.
